Soluble Production
In order to produce a distinctive, high-quality soluble coffee, experts
must choose the best beans and select the right blend. Maximus is the only
independently-owned soluble production facility in North America. Maximus'
rich history has helped bring together the most experienced team of coffee
experts, capable of choosing the highest quality blends.
The facility uses the most advanced spray-drying and agglomeration processes on the market and has the largest capacity availble in the US.
The Maximus facility offers:
- three extraction sets for percolation/extraction of coffee,
- three evaporation/concentration systems,
- two spray towers, and
- two agglomeration systems.
Maximus provides unlimited blending capabilities for your packaging needs (food service, retail). Maximus can accomodate in-house and offshore-produced, spray or freeze-dried coffee.
